Amenities such as a writing desk, wardrobe, and minibar filled with drinks and snacks were provided. the staff were friendly and arranged a taxi for my departure. A great choice for a short stay in Hai Phong.

The rooms at F & F Hotel are amazing! They have a modern hot shower facility in the private bathroom, which is perfect for relaxing after a long day. The laptop-friendly workspace and air conditioning make it so comfortable, and the free WiFi is a great touch. I also loved having a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. as a budget traveler, I couldn't ask for more!

I personally didn't enjoy the electric kettle in the room. But hey, that's just me!

The breakfast experience could be improved by providing more options, particularly for coffee drinkers who prefer black coffee. It would be great if they offered separate coffee sachets without milk and sugar, as the current ones are pre-mixed.
